OUR DESIGN PROCESS
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Your property could be newly built, a total refurbishment, or a redecoration. We will meet you onsite and discuss the project. We will give you some initial thoughts and suggestions, and we will discuss the scope of the interior design project with you and our potential involvement.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We will together go through the decision-making process on the exact specifications for the design
-Design services agreement
-Measure and photograph all relevant spaces
-Design-concept Presentation( to include sketches, plans, sections, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and references)
FINAL DESIGN
Make all required changes to drawings and design concepts as determined during the preliminary design presentation.
Execution of all the working documentation for the interior design project
Review and approve final drawings with the Client.
PURCHASING AND INSTALLATION
-Review drawings with contractors and sub-contractors as needed for the project.
- Review purchase orders with the Client and Place orders upon approval
-Oversee installation of furnishing and design concept to include regular site visits.
FINAL DELIVERY
-Final Walk-through with client
-Helpful tips and advice
-Make final payment
-Space ready for occupancy
